Literature Search Request Form

The reference librarians at Dykes Library are trained to conduct intermediated literature searches. For a fee, a librarian will search a database and print/download a list of journal articles (most with abstracts) about your topic. Click here for a description of some of the available databases. Charges vary depending on the database and your affiliation with the University of Kansas, the Kansas University Regents system, or the state of Kansas.

Searches are usually completed within two working days of the request. There is an additional charge for a rush search (completed within four hours). Rush request must be placed in person or by phone 913-588-7166.
