Due to restrictions set by journal publishers and vendors, E-Journals use is restricted to KU Medical Center faculty, staff, and students.

E-Journal Finder

The E-Journal Finder is searchable by title and ISSN and browsable by title, subject and vendor package.

Library Catalog

Search for all journals in the Dykes Library collection, including print titles and E-Journals in our catalog. The catalog is especially useful if you are looking for a number of journals by subject, keyword, or specialty area.

Customize a list of E-journals in myKUMC

Save time by using the myKUMC portal to create a custom list of your favorite databases.

• Log into the portal using your Novell login and password.
• Select the Library Services tab.
• Under Dykes Library Journals, click on full list.
• Select the journals you would like to include in your custom list.
• When done, click on the Select button at the bottom.

Your custom database list will now be available whenever you log into the portal.

Remote Access Instructions

Remote access to most E-Journals is available to current KUMC faculty, students and staff by using your Novell or GroupWise ID and password to authenticate through EZProxy.

E-Journal Problem Report

Please report any problems accessing online journals to the Dykes Library by using the E-Journal Problem Report Form, or by calling the Public Services Desk at 8-7166.
