Searching databases for articles about psychological tests
PsycINFO and
ERIC contain articles about many psychological tests. The name of a test
may be mentioned in the title, abstract, descriptor, key word or identifier fields. To search for a specific test in either database, just enter the name or acronym of the test; the computer will search all fields for any mention of the test. To search for information about a type of test, browse the thesaurus under "tests" or "measures" and select the subject which best describes the type of test you want to find.
Locating test information on the Internet
The ERIC Clearinghouse on Assessment and Evaluation provides a
Test Locator which contains sources to help you locate and evaluate tests.
